By the time I managed to get tickets to see Oliver! at the West End, Jodie had finished her stint as Nancy. I went for my birthday and on the night the actress playing Nancy was ill and so Jodie stepped in for one night only....I was over the moon!! (Sorry to the other actress!) Russ Abbott played Fagin and he was fantastic too

Believe it or not I'd Do Anything has just been aired in Australia. The Finale is tomorrow night but I couldn't help but check who'd won. I was thrilled for Jodie. She was my Nancy from the very first show!!!! Wish I could have seen her in the role

@Judill Yes as far as I know it is a much more demanding role than that of Nancy.. I find it hard to imagine her in the role, but I'm sure she'll do fine.

I think Kerry is fantastic but this goes beyond I have seen both leading ladies and to be quite frank jodie filled the stage more then Kerry but still Kerry is phenemonal but more like elphaba not nancy
