He was jealous for everything,I prayed ,I analyzed the bad and the good . Based on my analyzation ,the bad out done the good I left him 2008 and I never looked back at him again. He was so controlling that ,when I would visits my family he has a problem,I could not go and visit my friends and stay over night. In fact,he didn't have any significant attributes to my life. Every time I will mentioned about doing something new he has a problem, in the Caribbean we would do CXC and GCE examination before enrolled into University,these CXC and GCE is may be similar to SAT. I recalled saying I am going to medical school,the dude jump up and saying ,oh you don't have no money for that. I noticed everytime I am going starts school he would complain and said ,oh you don't have no time for me. I didn't pay him no mind,I told myself that school comes first and I will rider choose between school and him. I choose school and cut left him. Now my life 100% better. I finished my BSC in Biochemistry major, two double minor in Chemistry and Philosophy. When the time comes i will go medical school some day.I started my own business and I am building it. I have a wonderful man. Never, disappointed when you make the choice to run away from the abusive relationship. Ladies stay safe and chose you first.

I'm struggling with the statement "decomposition too far advanced to determine cause of death". Her body was only out there for 3 days and looking at the weather report for that area and time frame shows fairly mild temperatures over those 3 days- the daily temperature range was just 61-70F. This wasn't extreme conditions to hasten decomp, it sounds like more lazy and inept investigating.

@rachelMB2 жыл бұрын
Definitely not making excuses for the PD; I absolutely agree that it was incompetent investigating. Though I will say, it sounds like they *did* actually investigate it as a _homicide_ (obviously the _manner_ of death, which I realize you’re not necessarily questioning..) but my best guess as to why they blamed decomp for having no _cause_ of death is: if we believe the ‘suffocation by a bag’ story, it does make sense to me that there was little to no actual/obvious physical evidence of _how_ she died. Idk, my opinion would be she was either asleep & blindsided, or perhaps drugged (even w/ something like benedryl) which could explain no apparent markings to indicate foul play. I’m no expert so forgive me if I’m wrong, but I believe certain things would not show up in her system after a few days, and it could almost appear as though she just… stopped breathing. I’m not familiar w/ Oklahoma, but I imagine being placed higher up on a mountaintop, being exposed to the elements & possibly animals, it does make _some_ sense to me that decomp could’ve been slightly sped up, possibly hiding any obvious signs of trauma. So they had it correct in it being a homicide, but failed to do the leg work to get the right answers (in my humble opinion, of course.) I think they really dropped the ball, and I believe the answer was essentially a huge, blinking neon sign that literally everyone else could see flashing. 🙄 I have no idea why they wouldn’t have been able to put the toddler level puzzle pieces together. Sorry for the novel of a response a year later. This is just the most “benefit of the doubt” answer I could think of. 🤷🏻♀️

I love that perspective ♥️ I've always told my children, friends, and anyone I come across who's struggling with a lack of hope. Take time to notice the small things. Whether it's the beautiful views nature has to offer us from vibrant green leaves on trees that spend half the year bare, to beautiful blue skies often replaced by gray skies. Remember to always recognize being in the moment, appreciate every opportunity you have to smile. Count even the seemingly smallest blessings & hind sight will eventually expose those tiny moments as a magical, unexpected collection of hope, and the knowing you've been there before, but your new, enlightened perspective will drive you to a place where you can realize you will find happiness, contentment again. I still have to remind myself of these tools every day but I feel thankful to know, understand such an underappreciated, but absolute truth. ♥️ I Pray everyone finds their hope, and cherishes something so undervalued, being content. Paused at 6:22, the mother is answering questions. A couple points I have here, one being that this woman knew something wasn’t right almost immediately, and second I truly believe in “ mothers intuition”. I have seen so many women with children that I know with great intuitive skills just have an inexplicable way of being able to feel their child even when they aren’t near one another. It happened to me last year for the first time, my daughter was in kindergarten and acted/seemed fine when I took her to school; only thing was was that she was more quiet than usual. I asked if she was okay she said yes, but my mama gut told me otherwise. About an hour later I start feeling so sick like I was gonna vomit but then within a moment or two I get the call from the school nurse saying my daughter had thrown up pretty badly in class and I had to go get her. Once I had my daughter in my arms the sick feeling just vanished. I know I was feeling her that day. My mol used to be that way with me and my grandmother still is. I’m 32 years old just FYI. It’s cliche but there really is no love that can quite hold a candle to the bond a mother has with their child.

Lack of proper education and upbringing for mostly poor families. When the system deliberately makes you vulnerable... sometimes people break and bad things happen. Who favors and benefits from this chaos... only the people on the top aka "elites" (which they ain't by no measure of merit, but only by gold). @@epizzle9232 that's a problem with the state. If they can't prove it was planned they usually go for 2nd degree which has a shorter sentence. As with my sister's killer they couldn't prove he took her to the lake to rape and kill her even though he had admitted to it to another inmate when they had him in the county jail, he still had 5 different variations of how she died. Even the detective on her case was angered by how little time the judge originally gave him.

The husband of Jody Rilee-Wilson, a Roxbury native whose body was found on an Oklahoma mountaintop in 2009, has signed a plea agreement that would have him spend five years in prison for killing her, according to court papers filed on Thursday. Donald Lee Bocephus “Bo” Wilson, 40, had been scheduled to go on trial on Jan. 28. Instead, he pleaded no contest to a second-degree murder charge - which Oklahoma authorities agreed to reduce from first-degree murder - and the unlawful disposal of a body. A judge found him guilty, according to the documents, but court officials said a sentencing date had not been set. Kathy Wilson, who had been charged as an accomplice after the fact, also pleaded no contest to reduced charges this week and was found guilty by a judge of obstructing a public officer in the discharge of his or her duties, a misdemeanor. She was sentenced to a year in prison but received credit for the time she spent in jail. She was released Wednesday Jim Rilee said the plea agreement did not provide justice for his daughter. But he said he approved of the deal because of concerns about his granddaughter. The deal appears to ensure that she will stay in New Jersey. "Unfortunately, we had to give up seeking justice for our daughter and put all our focus on our granddaughter," he said. "Hopefully this will make things better for Annabelle in the long term."

Jerry's son look crazy.
@erinnnx09404 жыл бұрын
I disagree. The son and mother were ordered by the police to give DNA swabs pertaining to forensic evidence they found in Jody's car and tests came back positive which is why they were both arrested and charged. If the dad was involved too, there's no reason why his DNA wouldn't be on anything . And they didn't find any evidence linking him to Jody's murder.. it may look sketchy that he told after his wife kicked him out, but at that point he no longer felt like he owed her his loyalty.. and knowing what happened to Jody probably ate at him all those years. I don't necessarily care for the guy or his timing but I do believe him.
