Zina Klien here’s the thing-I cannot confirm or deny that statement. I was far too young to know what all those people were doing eight, 12, 16 years ago. However, Ivanka, who was allowed to have her hands on the economy at some point or another, her only major accomplishment is driving a clothing business into the ground. And then she had the *nerve* to ask for First Child grace. No. Chelsea gets grace. Barbara and Jenna get grace. Sasha and Malia get grace. Ivanka is not immune to any question, as anyone who works for the president is not. Jared, head of co-head of coronavirus task force for some amount of time, notably took his family on vacation for Passover, completely disregarding travel restrictions. During the White House Covid outbreak, their children got kicked out of school! The fact that I can name things they’ve sucked at but not anything either have accomplished speaks volumes. It sure seems like a conflict of interest; unless any of those kids were exceptionally qualified, they had no place in government. To quote AOC, “being someone’s daughter [or son, or son in-law, or grandchild-you never know . Would he appoint Arabella?] is not actually a career qualification.”

There's such a well of deep, abiding love amongst this family, and there's something so beautiful in the way that they all honor each other, including the honor they have for Beau. I feel as if Beau looms just as powerfully over the family landscape as if he were still here and we're all getting to know him, too..
