Joe Biden to step down from the 2024 Presidential race.

President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 race for the White House on Sunday, ending his bid for reelection just four months before the election. Anthony Davis reports.
The decision comes after escalating pressure from Biden’s Democratic allies to step aside following the June 27 debate, but also pressure from the corporate media, who appear to favor Donald Trump.

Four years ago I didn't want him to get the Democratic nomination. 1 of my 2 major reasons was that when he would be up for reelection we'd have to choose between the incumbent advantage and a candidate under 80 (which I knew would be a political handicap). The other was that I thought he would have been beholden to corporations more than he was. Now that he proved himself I don't want him to give up. We can thank the big donors for this. I'm not celebrating.
