Young Joe was a Clapton acolyte. His progression to musically being his own man is quite astounding. One of the most vital musicians of today. A distinct pleasure to listen to. The Carnegie Hall concert marks Joe as a musical force. He has expanded his horizons with this concert. Go Joe!

The carnegie performance is one of the greatest shows of pure talent I have ever seen...on dvd...the whole show is mezmorizing and i have watched it more than a dozen times....saw joe in spokane this past month....he is something special.

The other side of the coin is that years ago I caught an interview with Bonnie Raitt and she said she took to using a lot of slide in the early days because she didn't think she was all that good a guitar player. Yeah, right Bonnie :)

The performance of "Black Lung Heartache" from "An Acoustic Evening at the Vienna Opera House" may have been my favorite from that live record, and I think that this performance from Carnegie Hall even dialed it up an extra couple notches. Love it!

That women played in Symphony orchestra's at age 9. Currently with Sony playing classical, metal, pop, blues and was always with James Horner playing movie themes. She is not only beautiful on outside but inside as well. On website she teaches tutorials on cello. She is the real deal.
