I love how Joe allows his band and singers to shine . He's comfortable with his own giant talents and seems to allow everyone to shine alongside him.

AND ... to help teach all of us other guitar players. He doesn't hide his neck from the camera, but shows a world of guitar players what he is doing and how to do it. And THAT, from a player of 57+ years ...

I admit it, I don't know anything about frets, etc. I've been a RN for most of my life. But I love music and for me that's what it's all about. His music makes me dance and the only time I'm not in pain is when I'm dancing. lol. I agree with all of you who can also evaluate Joe's music from a professional standpoint; my assessment of his music is totally dependent on how much I like it. I'm mesmerized by watching his fingers; they move so rapidly as to seem a little blurred. I truly envy those who have talent. I would trade my skills as a RN to play blues guitar like Joe Bonamassa.

No, sweetheart. Don't say that. Nurses and teachers, after preachers, are the most important professionals on the planet. But nothing says you can't do both. Get some help from someone you trust as to guitar / amp, and a good teacher. Takes A LOT of hard work. But if you really love it, and really want it, and really put your mind and fingers to it (they WILL get sore) ... you can do this. It is easier to learn nowadays, than it has ever been. Go do it. And make your heart happy ...

WOW,what a tremendous tribute to BB King. The intro is so fantastic with the soft playing up to were he turns up the volume on his guitar, wow I got tears in my eyes. And the rest of the song is so good with a fantastic band.To me,in my humble opinion.he´s the best guitarist there ever was.I know Clapton,Page,Moore and Hendrix was good but Joe Bonamassa is on another level.

I made the mistake of saying this was written by POCO when actually it was penned by JJ Cale (RIP). POCO also recorded this when Timothy B. Schmidt was with them prior to joining the Eagles. Either version is still great. Great Music is Great no matter who performs it well.

I love this song. I believe Poco wrote this when Timothy B. Schmidt from the Eagles sang it when he played bass for Poco. Although I like Poco's version more, this version certainly does it justice. It's such a relaxing and beautifully performed song here. JJ Cale plays a lot with Eric Clapton. Good music is good music whoever performs it well.
