I have three takeaways from this. I'll add I didn't see the game because I didn't have coverage of the game. 1. Burrow isn't screaming. Yeah, he's displaying frustration, but he has high standards. I'll take Burrow's passionate frustrations over Andy Dalton smiling after throwing an interception. 2. I really do like the take about Burrow being an experienced playing and using his vision to be a leader and call things out. 3. As far as calling things out, sometimes things just need to be said instead of tip-toeing around a situation. Call it out and get back to work.

JB was firing for effect. He's like a good military officer who knows how to "lead up" and put pressure up the chain without expending all of his leadership capital. As a fan I'd take this as a good sign that he is using his leadership capital in ways that function behind the scenes and affect change well beyond the field of play. He just might be mature and knowledgeable enough to actually change the organization he's in, rather than look for an exit the second things don't go the teams way. I'll just add...He has a ton of leadership capital. It's a matter of how skillfully he communicates and when he does it.

That's true to a point...but also just not the case. How many delay of games have we had over the last 3 years? Feels like at least 50+. At least one, sometimes multiple a game. 3 years? 26, not even close to 50. Since Burrow has been our QB, we've had 32 DOGs or a little over 6 a year.
