I had to stop dancing round the kitchen to see the photos. I'm Welsh and first saw Joe Ely in London in the 1970s at the annual Wembley Country Music Festivals, bought his records and am now living in Texas, still enjoying his music. This upcoming album's going to be so good!

Man this makes me so dang happy. Sounds awesome. Such a great trip down memory lane and great pics. The friendship between the Joes is one of my fave stories. Both embrace the punk and cowboy spirit at heart. Sound is amazing. It’s sorta every Joe Ély song all rolled into one. Praying for a quick recovery, Joe. Every time I’ve left a Joe Ély show my soul’s a little lighter. He and Jimmie dale Gilmore - you feel like you’ve been to church after seeing them play. Calming presence. Thanks for putting this out 🙏 amazing stuff can’t wait for the rest

Joe Elys' just badass! Feel sorry for people that missed out on growing up with brother Joe. He just kept on and keeps on comin at us! I'm sure he wouldn't mind me saying this but right along there with Robert Earl Keen... One and or the other! That was some great growin up!.. Musta notta gotta lotta!!! Oh yeah! A lotta respect for Joe Strummer. Most people don't know this, but the only trained musician with The clash was Mick Jones. Just kind of learned 'along the way'. Had to be a lot of fun.. 👉R. I. P. JOE! 👈
