Ignore the negative comments, you are friends and helping each other is something postivive! I wouldn't know how to do half of the stuff you guys do. Here in the Netherlands we call someone for almost everything haha.

He's learning, I get it, but instead of doing it for him, walk him through the steps and make him do the actual work instead of just watching. YOU stand and watch HIM. Then correct him if he does something wrong. Only way he's gonna learn. These are all things he should have already learned to do. How old is Joe? I can see you having to teach Tom to do this stuff, but c'mon, Joe's a middle aged man. And honestly, Tom would probably watch a how-to youtube video and just do it himself. I love watching you guys, but damn, there's friendships, and then there's taking advantage of a friendship. And lately Larry's been doing all Joe's maintenance jobs.

Larry is a good friend and even if Larry built w tree house for his kids, it’s basically like a uncle building his nephews a tree house bc joe and Larry are best friends and basically like brothers w how close their bond is.
