As a keeper I do training like this and it is so tiring and it leaves you SORE but every save is so rewarding and the training is pretty fun. Making a awesome save is like scoring a goal for an outfield player

I warm up properly and do all of my stretches but I'm just really injury prone lol. And they leave me sore if I do the exercises at a high intensity for long periods at a time which I rarely do because my knees start to irritate me

+KelvinIp I do think goalkeepers are respected now. Manuel Neur,David De Gea,Iker Casilias,Joe Hart,Thibaut Courtois and so many more. They're all respected now. They may not get the resepct what Edwin Van Der Sar,Peter Schmichel and Gianluigi Buffon all had. But they are all respected now.

Jacob Samples Agreed, when someone else makes a mistake there is always someone behind him who can bail him out. Also Hart play for City/England so all his matches are high profile meaning all his mistakes are high profile mistakes. Comes with the territory though
