Just looked up his bio - he was raised by a single mum and probably wasn't the most confident kid. Yet he had an excellent NBA career, ending up becoming a 7-time all-star, helped made Atlanta Hawks good again since the Nique era and was the no.1 star of the team. Made millions of dollars, stayed out of all trouble by being down-to-earth, quiet and humble, never had trouble with anyone and avoided media circuses. Wasn't the most gifted player but worked hard and find a niche in his game. Not a loud talking alpha male type leader like Paul Pierce said but definitely a role model as someone who worked hard and made smart decisions and defied all odds to succeed in life.

I HATE how Mike D Antoni didn’t use him much in the western conference finals. Literally the year before and he killed the Clippers when Gordon Hayward was hurt in the first round in the playoffs.
