I wonder if he decided to drop the divorce (originally) with Sophie, not because he wanted to, but because he didn't want to be away from his children. Courts tend to side with the mom and there could've been a good chance that he'd get limited to no access to those girls. It's obvious he loves his kids and it bothers him having to now "share" them instead of being in their daily lives. My heart goes out to all parties involved. Divorce sucks.

I remember the plant they had in the audience, a woman whose daughter passed away and she happened to be called valentina, Kevin's daughters name. That's the press's spin, she is trying to network since Joe has been spinning and orchestrating a case so he can have sole custody and residency of kids. Taylor Swift is quite savvy when it comes to civil and other cases, she was lending a hand. And considering the Jonas family were trying to isolate Sophie when she was part of their family, making everything about them, all her friends needed to be just her brotherinlaws's wives. Sophie was the homebody originally, which Joe used to complain about, and then he was hoping that once she had the babies he could utilise her homebody status and become a housewife and Joe could go out partying, he wanted his bros wives to have baby sitting parties together. True about fathers, but if you saw their story unravel it’s actually the other way around. He is the one playing the games, while she stayed at home with the kids. He also initiated the divorce and tried to take the kids without any form of communication with her. Do you think that makes him a good man? All the GOOD things we see about him now is just damage control because his lies were immediately exposed as they were coming out. He is now LUCKY to even be able to share custody at all because of what he did.

Him having partial custody means Sophie dropped her counter lawsuit. ☹️ Now Joe will use the daughters for pity. 😕 Some people don’t know this but Joe blindsided Sophie with divorce papers and tried to steal the kids, giving her all the rights and justification to counter file and get 100% custody of the kids. And her case was much stronger than his because of the way he did thing, a lot of lies were thrown out towards her in this legal action and the best thing she did was not respond, but the internet quickly exposed every headline his team was throwing out about her.
