Parker was brilliant, and caught Joe Joyce with so many haymakers. Joyce is just made of half granite, and has an engine and a half. What HW match though. Was one of the best of the past 10 yrs. Both are top notch HWs, and more importantly both come across as great people.

It was worst Parker we have seen...he did land some big shots and was brave and durable as usual but he was gassed from 3rd round, defence was pretty bad, he was immobile, not many combos, low work rate and his punches were slower and probably less powerful than normal...and was probably due to carrying too much weight or overtraining. It is possible he is now past it as he is 30 and some age quickly and he has been in some tough fights, I hope he isn't past it and was just wrong prep and wrong tactics...If someone would have told me, a few yrs back that Joyce would KO Parker I would be shocked...as always seen Parker as someone who has the skills, speed, power and durability to beat anyone...even though we know Joyce is big, strong, heavy, relentless and great stamina....would expect a motivated and well prepared Parker to beat him...but was easily the best version of Joyce we have seen so far.

Parker I thought was excellent with his ring craft, beautiful combos definitely shouldn’t give up. As for Joyce, Joe Joyce has that ray mercer Oliver mcall chin. Unbelievable chin and he has ability too at world level, dangerous combo. He is gonna be very hard to stop.

Parker could not move as always because he's at his heaviest weight ever . From his body language he gassed out too easily. Joyce is a decent boxer but if Parker is at the weight he fought Joshua or Ruiz then the outcome would be different.

@@C--A Usyk and fury are the only people with the speed, cardio and footwork to beat Joyce though. Anyone else loses to Joyce. Even then though I’d like to see how fury and Usyk would respond to the constant forward style of Joyce along with the heavy punches he delivers. Even fury has said Joyce is his most competitive sparring partner. AJ vs Joyce is a 40/60 imo to Joyce. But AJ also does have the speed and athleticism to beat Joyce, I think his cardio is actually good but he is fighting at a cruiserweight pace, at the slower pace that Joyce has I think AJ could get a decision. But if he goes in like Parker did he’ll get worn down and Ko’d late.

Joe Joyce is just a punching bag. He can take a punch and he has a heavyweight power, yes. But He is way too open. His boxing is terrible, he is slow and the way he fight is dangerous for his own health. I don't see him going too far. But, gotta respect his chin & power. He actually KO'd Parker, nobody ever did it before. I wonder how he'd fair with the likes of AJ, Fury & Wilder though! He will loose to Usyk on point without a doubt.
