Joe Keery not just performing his songs but also talking about his music?! Oh how I’ve prayed for times like these… as a longtime fan of his music since literally his first ever single “Roddy” back in 2019, I approve!!! He deserves all the success, attention, and recognition he’s getting, and I honestly couldn’t be happier or prouder of him. His music came at the right time of my life, and it was exactly what I needed to hear and didn’t even know it until it happened. I basically fell in love at first listen, and he’s been my favorite male artist ever since. I don’t even know how to explain this, but he’s truly a musical genius. The themes and concepts he delves into is unlike anything I’ve ever heard before in music, and he’s one of the few artists who speaks what exactly goes on in my head. I just can’t believe it, nor can I believe how deeply existential and philosophical his songs are in a way that shows you the brilliance of this guy’s mind. I’m convinced that he can never make a bad song because they’re all so damn good. Also, Stranger Things is one of my all-time favorite shows, and I’m both nervous and excited for the end because it’s been a hell of a ride. I just know it’ll be bittersweet. WE LOVE YOU DJO. NEVER CHANGE KING 😭❤️

The fact that i got to see him filming Stranger Things so many times and saw him at the stranger things convention in Jackson Ga where stranger things is filmed and that i was an extra in St S4 is just so surreal and crazy when i see him on stuff like this. I am just super excited for Joe/Djo and his upcoming global Djour and just being so passionate about the things he loves doing such as his music and of course acting. He is living the dream and that dedication and effort has paid off because of it, I am just so happy for him and I admire how driven he is. One thing that TikTok brought us (us in the collective, global sense, I'm not american) is a chance to connect with songs again like we haven't for a long time. Songs being shared about and looped, it kinda gives you more time to sit with the art, even if it's looking at someone replacing their carpet with sand or whatever.
