Just amazing this fella, Joe Lovano, and also Sammy Westico, never heard of em until now. I'm 56, brought up on this style of music by my late father who passed away in June this year. Aged 82, he would have loved this. Plus all 20s 30s and so the list grows! Enjoy!

Joe is a great stylist in his own right with his place firmly taken in the pantheon of jazz. He was channeling train heavily this night (which is why I love him!) I dig joe. He is just able to blow so effortlessly, the man is connected! I love the Conn (some people call them a Chu Berry but they are actually the New Wonder-I got one)
