If this had caused Bert as much of a problem as you all seem to think, this podcast probably wouldn't have even happened. He would never want to see Ari again. He'd have filed a police report. He would have charged ari with assault. He definitely wasnt okay with it, but he wasn't so not okay with it that he even felt the need to do anything more than talk about it when he could've done so much more. So you're absolutely correct.
