Talking about South Park “they were on cable, when cable was the internet” Man what a time that was, so much simpler. Watching tv before bed with nothing else going on, locked in for episodes upon episodes. Now we watch hundreds of 10-20 seconds videos before bed and still can’t get enough. This world sucks and won’t go back to what it was until we unfortunately get rid of iPhones/smart phones.

I agree, i don't even feel like its just nostalgia. Entertainment felt best to to me when it had nothing to do with me. Everything I watch is dialed into my interest. It cant be denied I love that too when I crave a niche, however I'm never in a situation where I have to take it or leave it anymore. "Back in my day" you had to deal with what was on. In result, maybe id say nope to tv and go do something else. Seriously though, its only saving grace is that I'm in control of what I do and I cant blame stuff like youtube for those problems. Definitely gonna put the past on a pedestal regardless. Golden age for watching stuff was cable no doubt in my mind at all.
