probably the best compliment for a humble guy. If Joe is as humble he projects himself to be, that is peak. Theo just told him even if he has been doing comedy for a long time now, he is still getting better. Compare yourself only to different versions of yourself, And yeah, Theo has always been a humble and kind guy. It was also a way to praise someone without putting others comic down. He talked about regretting not developing a closer relationship with his father before he passed away because he was 70 when he was born and the age gap made him a little ashamed of his father. And he seems to have felt a lot of guilt over that as he got older and developed a different perspective. Idk about him being selfish, I think he's hilarious nonetheless, but he's human just like everyone else.

I think it's his quickness it gets me every time, people tell me I'm funny for whatever that's worth and he gets me laughing in the most original ways I've ever heard. 3:58 I was just at his comedy club in austin. It’s an awesome place and worth it to go, but it is totally set up to make money. It’s $80 a person, even if you’re coming in late from being on the waitlist. The waitlist is actually a really great idea, because the place can be sold out and as soon as someone leaves or doesn’t show up they come every 30 mins and let people in from the waitlist, only catch is you still pay full price. And when you get in to the actual auditorium, you have to make a minimum of 2 drink purchases no matter what. So it’s very expensive, but honestly to experience it once is worth it so i’m not complaining just kind of misleading from what he says

He goes along, and asks questions. I just think no other guests think they can reference Jamie. So they don't. But Theo does. Which really is wonderful. It is the joe rogan experience. But it wouldn't be what it is, and a smooth machine without Jamie. He deserves to be spoken to and treated with respect.
