The weed that is around now is nothing like the weed from like 15 years ago that just made you giggle .. the weed now is just too potent and the high is just too intense and is not fun at all anymore... And when I quit it got a little bit better... I didnt stop having anxiety all together but the weed definitely wasn't helping at all

Yo I am listening to soooo many hate and make fun of his rant but honestly - I didn’t even know this guy before seeing this so I have no opinion personally w him - but I looked him up and he’s a successful millionaire and rising star …. Most of our elite “celebrities “ have TEAMS of PR firms and publicist and other media hacks paid tons to cover up , hide , and make problems disappear so that their client looks like a great person. At least he said what he was thinking and spoke openly and honestly … That is a real person. And everyone commenting and being sarcastic or snarky is f’ing nuts cause their lives are far far far from perfect and yet he didn’t do what most fake ass rich celebrities do and he’s now a joke to everyone? It’s not nice. And not fair. He coulda just blew himself the entire interview and projected that life is perfect and most people would blindly clap and suck D and he spoke like he would to a friend and was honest - We need more of this rather than more of the bottom feeders hating while most likely the people speaking are spouse less and make no money and pretend things are great becuase they are narcissistic

You gotta love Joe for using kid gloves and really trying to help him to the best of his ability. “You wanna be like me? You know what you need to do? Do that thing that you know you should do every time, and then there isn’t anxiety and relaxation can be relaxing.” Life is hard for everybody, and worrying about how hard it is for you right now really misses the whole point. If you come up with a reason why you’re the way you are and only focus on that, you’ll believe it whether or not it’s true. Beware of excuses or explanations because the problem isn’t whether or not anybody else believes it, nor is the problem whether or not it’s true. The problem is when you believe it.

My girlfriend has diagnosed OCD. Intrusive thoughts. And it's been the weirdest thing I've experienced. We've been together 5 years. And I still don't believe I've met and know the real version of who she is. Cause she's so involved with every single thought she has she doesn't have time to live in the moment and just be. Or at the very most those times are very few and not for long.

Nah. He definitely needs to be diagnosed by an actual medical professional but at 50:21 Chris is explaining to a T what "Health Anxiety" or "Hypochondriac Disorder" is. It's no joke. Normal body feelings like a headache or a stomach ache or dizziness can send you into a full blown panic attack. The real kind, where you truly believe you're dying. I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia and eventually developed Health Anxiety. I didn't leave my house for more than 2 years, from 2021 to 2023. For him it could be any number of things, he catastrophizes. That's a symptom of many different conditions. He for sure needs more than a therapist though, I tried a lot of medications, which works great for a lot of people but not me. Ended up with a psychologist (A therapist will a "real" degree) and a psychiatrist.
