I read the comments and listened to this conversation. The comments don't match the conversation at all. He spoke and gave opinions based on logical ideas throughout. He gave some opinions and made some comments that were quite logical and very straight forward. He is a person who thinks about things critically and answers with nuance, probably why he was selected for CIA service in the first place. Have we came to a place where if a person doesn't scream or use talking points of the echo chamber they are not understood by the masses? The more he comes on the more relaxes and the more he talks. I knew a guy one time for three years before he told me he was retired from the agency. In their life it doesn't pay to run their mouth mindlessly. Personally I'm glad these particular Americans think before they speak and watch what they say. Enjoyed the show, can't wait for Joe's handler to come back.

Most of the CIA work that gives and gave the CIA a bad name is now hired out because its illegal for the cia to do after 9/11 when they changed the rules. So they have like this dick head set up a private company and the cia funds that company and now the company can operate in privacy. Mike has an intelligence company he runs. Same with Peter Thiel, Andrew Bustamante works for one, and so on. If the company gets busted for doing illegal activity the government can deny responsibility since they can blame the company and doesnt blow back on the agency
