When I used to train, I was sparing with my coach and he kept popping my lead leg. I was still new and after the third time I said, "I know you're tryin g to teach me a lesson...but I'm not getting it lol". He said, "I'll give you a little more time". After a couple of more, I started to limp and he said, "quit putting your weight on that lead leg'....I never did that again. Dude up there taking that shot with his weight on the lead leg...yeah, he felt that lol
