Kurt Angle is a 1996 Olympic champion, 1995 world champion, and six-time U.S. national champion freestyle wrestler. He was also twice a U.S. National Collegiate Athletics Association champion. Voted by the NCAA as one of the fifteen best college wrestlers of all time and one of the top five best amateur and Olympic wrestlers, Angle went on to become a professional wrestler with the World Wrestling Federation (later World Wrestling Entertainment).
The 12-time world professional heavyweight champion (six titles with Total Nonstop Action, six with WWF/WWE) won all the top-level titles in the TNA and WWE, and also won four major individual titles in his rookie year as a professional. In 2017, Angle was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and continues to be involved with their programs in a part time capacity, placing him on a very short list of wrestlers who have achieved such an accomplishment.

You wake up one day and realize you permanently need help because you, for whatever reason it is (in other words doesn't matter the reason), can't do what's needed to take care of yourself in some way (financial, physical, etc.) Edit: I wanted to add that I had to make this realization about a month maybe month and a half ago. It's very hard to know you're going to be a burden on those around you. I hate it and I'd give 'almost' anything to be self-sufficient.

Kurt used to run a show here in Pittsburgh called the kumite classic, partered with franko Harris, a mixed martial arts, powerlifing, bodybuilding, jujitsu/karate, arm wrestling tournament. This show had competitors who ended up becoming successful martial artist later on. Like Sage Northcutt and the one kid who from that show as a martial artist, he became the face of Abercrombie and Finch company. I even got to hang out and have a conversation with ice tea and his girl Coco at the show. For some reason they stopped doing it.
