two points: 1) Salvia is almost always a terrible trip O_O 2) Smoking of any kind is bad for you. You're still inhaling smoke into your lungs. There are also adverse effects on the developing teenage brain, similar to alcohol, with heavy marijuana usage. So what do we take away from this? If you're gonna experiment with weed in high school, don't over do it, and invest in portable vape.

the Overeem Lesnar situation is fucked up! Overeem has always been my favorite HW and how does you not like Cigano? If lesnar beat Overeem ill be happy to see JDS send Lesnar to retirement but it would be a heart crusher to see Overeem JDS but at least thats the best fight to make in the HW div in my opinion!

@KravaLLT I think Garcia's sloppy technique would be an embarrassing first impression to give a lot of new fans about MMA. He's very exciting, but his fights can look like bar brawls, and that's the kind of image the sport is trying to get away from.

Why aren't people giving JDS credit for his victory? Look how many excuses Rogan pulled out for Cain, that's very disrespectful considering JDS knocked the former champ out in just over a minute with a injured knee. Dana also doesn't seem to be happy with the outcome. Well done Cigano...I hope you defend the belt for years!

I of course know that the harder drugs (meth, coke etc etc) are most definitely BAD for you and these are the types of drugs that people should stay the fuck away from, but don't rope other drugs such as the ones mentioned in the last comment into this category just because you had a bad experience from them, this is exactly why weed is illegal when it shouldn't be, because people like you decided to throw these drugs in with all the rest of them and treat all drugs as the same thing.

Its funny how Joe Rogan is coming of pro-velasquez haha well I guess we all have our favourite fighters or people that we want to see succeed. However, Joe Rogan pointed out that velasquez had a knee injury but so did JDS. Velasquez didn't have to get surgery while JDS did so I'm sure thats a clear indication whose injury was worse and JDS still pulled off a great victory over a top opponent in velasquez. I could tell JDS had a significant speed advantage over cain despite his 'gas tank'. Go JDS

@daltonj2317 apparently i need to spell it out for you. Cain is a world-class wrestler. His specialty is grappling. JDS is a world-class striker. His specialty is striking. Cain attempted a takedown, then seemingly decided to stand with JDS... bad decision. And in case you don't know, there are many ways to grapple, not just takedowns. Cain couldve engaged in a clinch, dirty-boxed, and eventually gotten the takedown from a clinch position. He could have tried to stifle JDS's will.Understand?

@OfficialCypherSon Yea I agree he's perfect for his job, as well as Mike who brings a diff. but needed feel/style of cageside commentation. But many times he does just serve as a nararrator in fights such as "Ohh! That was a nice hard inside legkick. Did you see how his shin dug into the inner thigh?" Lol, bt I got used to it. Me & a bud call him the "John Madden of MMA",as madden wud say somethin obvious as well during a game like "to get a touchdown..you gotta get the football IN the endzone."

No excuses Cain lost far and square, its so easy after the fact to say what he shouldve done, or bad game plan. The fight lasted a minute so to say he had the wrong game plan is ignorant. JDS was simply the better man, landed a good punch and finished. I didnt see that happening since JDS couldnt finish his last 2 opponents but thats whats great about this sport. Anything can happen in a blink of an eye
@SnoodDood
@SnoodDood 13 жыл бұрын
Cain could've won, but he underestimated the power and conditioning of JDS. If you know you have a cardio advantage over your opponent and you know that the guy can knock you out cold at will, you need do move continuously, circle around the cage and wait for the takedown opportunity when he commits to an over-extended punch. it wasn't cain's lack of skill that lost him the fight. it was his lack of strategy and healthy fear.
@GBDazzler
@GBDazzler 13 жыл бұрын
@daltonj2317 Doesn't take away the fact they are top wrestlers and 99% of the guys in the ufc aren't. Cain isn't a top wrestler he never won a ncaa title, nor did he win a us national freestyle title, you know nothing on wrestling so don't talk about it, your original comment was "how much wrestling could he do", my response was quite a bit given in wrestling, wrestlers are taken down within 15 seconds at times. I find it very funny that you mention school when your english is atrocious.
@HBKCommish
@HBKCommish 13 жыл бұрын
@HBKCommish Fact is, SOME people take Cain's tattoo completely the wrong way. It's a tattoo of Pride. And growing up in the States, when your background is completely Mexican I'm sure the man faced his share of teasing. So it's good that he is proud, no? I could maybe understand people getting upset if his tattoo said something like "Brown Power" or "White Domination" or something like that. Would people feel better if Cain's tattoo said "Brown and Proud" instead, because that kind of rhymes?!
@HBKCommish
@HBKCommish 13 жыл бұрын
@bkershaccount Probably wouldn't be taken as seriously, but still wouldn't look good. The point I'm making here is that the word "Brown" or "Brown Pride" or anything to do with that word, has never been referenced in a racial slur ever. Now if you wanted to make the argument of a black guy or hyspanic guy with a tattoo that referenced the Black Panters or some sort of radicals group then sure.

@kokoth I agree with u on JDS having a advantage on the feet Ive seen Overeems fights from the old Pride days, K1 and most recent ones and i find him on the feet stiff he moves side to side but he still throws his stikes a lil stiff compare to JDS he throws all his punches from his feet equals more power and the speed that he throws his punches with is insane. But on the ground i give the advantage to Overeem

@TheMrkanyewest it's weird to me that i said minority community and you change it to less than priviliged...that's a pretty racist assumption. this is the type of thing i'm talking about when i say all people are racist. i don't agree with it, but none of us are perfect and i just want to discuss these things, but people like you can't stay on topic and are so ready to jump, i might as well be talking to a wall. i would just like to talk to someone with objectivity, which most people lack.

@TheMrkanyewest i said white pride, not white power, but i get the mistake bc i made that typo in my first comment on this vid, however it changes the whole context of my question. your orphanage simile is bankrupt in this situation bc it's severely flawed. i never accused velasquez of anything, i just asked how people would react if the role was reversed and i had white pride on my chest. i posted my comment bc i think everyone is racist and i feel there is a double-standard.

everyone has 100 excuses for why Cain lost except for Cain. Cain says he got beat by the better man that night, and it was a fair stoppage, and next time he would implement his game plan better. People aren't giving JDS credit. He just knocked out the undefeated HW champion of the world in 1:08 of the first round, and is still undefeated in the UFC with only 2 of those fights going to a decision both a one sided pounding against nelson and carwin.

@smdbch1 He is getting credit...The things being said are "shoulda coulda woulda" type things.. We all know that punch would drop him regardless of his health.. Chill out, i know you had to pitch in your 2 cents but it wasnt needed..I was going for JDS from the start.. If anyone isnt giving him credit its just the butt-hurt mexicans that wouldnt shut up about brown pride...(im not racist BTW but brown pride was wayyyyy overspoken of until this fight ended)

Alot of these guys (Dana especially) should know better. "Why didnt Velasquez try to take JDS down?" He did try idiots! And he got tagged when he tried. Its like what they say about a black belt BJJ. He is a black belt till he gets smashed in the face..then he is a brown belt - he gets elbowed and he is a purple belt. Go ahead and try to wrestle a guy like JDS. If You dont get him down you are going to get clocked. Its easy for guys like Dana to squack. Get in the Octagon and see what it like

If there's a 3 or 5 round battle people complain about going to a decision. If there's a knockout in the first round people complain it's too short. Come on. The fight was perfect for a heavyweight fight. The Hendo v Guida fight would have been a perfect intro to a lighter weight class too, but too bad you can't always get what you want.

@daltonj2317 well Lesnar and Velasquez clinched within 5 seconds...eventhough Lesnar rushed the clinch, i think Velasquez should have sooner tied up with JDS, but that is ofc easy to say afterwards...If Velasquez would have ko´d JDS in 64 seconds, nobody would ask questions about the lack of wrestling!!!
@islandkingstah

@smazz104 He didnt try to shoot he tried the first time and JDS slipped away but he did not get tagged it took till he did get tagged for him to try to take him down but it was too late. if he would've tried and change level he would have a better chance but its ok everyone gets caught Cain will be back
@dels323
@dels323 13 жыл бұрын
it was just 64 seconds - how much takedown attempts did you want cain to attempt? He needed to gain the respect of jds in the stand-up, and then when theres an opening take it, but unfortunately he got caught with the monstrous power of jds, i guess next time he won't stand right in front of him. Use angles like the dragon.

Hahahaha this is soooo rediculous.. Why didn't he try to wrestle? Why didn't he take him down?? In the one minute that he lasted with JDS he tried to take him down once... He got knocked the fuck out.. much respect to Cain but everyone is on his dick sooo bad.. ALL HAIL THE NEW KING!!!! Junior Dos Santos
@jdailey01230
@jdailey01230 13 жыл бұрын
@daltonj2317 Your logic makes zero sense. If Velasquez had attempted a takedown, Dos Santos wouldn't have been able to end the fight bc he'd be force to defend Cain's takedown attempt. If Cain had employed his grappling skills from the start, it most definitely wouldve lasted longer than a minute.
