This is like catnip - I can't believe I'm just now finding these videos. Joe has such a measured, but also comprehensive and insightful, perspective on the game. Like it's so rare to find a football breakdown video, even by an ex-player, that isn't full of hype to a degree that detracts from the substance. In this video, not only does he not do that, but he really takes you through what's happening physically when, say, Aaron Donald gets into Joel Bitonio's face and why that makes it so difficult for Bitonio to continue trying to block him. I wish he had broken down more specific plays, but even when they're just talking about the kind of fluff stuff like whether Donald should be the MVP, Joe has just such a sane and sensible take on him that it's just pure pleasure to listen to. I'm definitely going to watch a lot more of these videos.

You can really start to see what kind of a freak athlete Joe T is now that he lost all that extra lineman weight. Crazy that his body stayed together enough for him to play over 10000 snaps consecutively, what a beast
