This is one of the best rhyhtm sections on the planet. Rostotsky plays a tribute to Zawinul and bringing the right musicians together does a great job here. Great sound, great groove and entertainment. I feel the spirit of Joe`s music here and I thank every musician that keeps live music that makes sense alive! Tim, Vienna ;-)

Good to hear the music played on, great tribute, great players,....yep the hat is an epic fail....but for the rest, thoroughly enjoyable. I am tired of scouring deeper into the youtube archives, accepting poorer and poorer sound and video resolution (original material). Lets embrace these performances and encourage more of them in the future.

Mimic; homage or not... I´ve seen hundreds of copycats out there.. for drummers like Vinnie C, Dave W, Virgil D, Dennis C and many more. it doesn´t make me sad or upset because there is a fundamental rule = no one can take your place! I agree whether it´s a bad or good mimic. In this case good, and the keyboard-player is a great player indeed, and it IS a tribute! Well done!
