Adderal is an amphetamine so it is similar in nature, but the thing with drugs is that the scientific name for them get longer as they get stronger, and there is a big letter difference between Dextro Amphetamine and N- Methylamphetemine, and the amount of short terms (and terms in general) there are for drug have a similar effect and meth has four(to my knowledge)

usually people visit the psychiatrist in person. in my experience before covid i was monthly doing in person sessions but after covid my psychiatrist ended up only doing online sessions. from my experience, only psychiatry appointments are pointless to find your progresss and is an easy solution to stuff problems to the bottom. of course this isn’t the same for everyone but it worries me that he publicly shows how easily the drug system can be abused and manipulated. i fear that someday because of people’s abuse it might be limited or banned. Adderall never did anything for me but heart palpitations and what felt like heart attacks. my adhd is better to deal with than that lol
