Congrats to all that turned out to cheer on the minors for their victory, and also to the Senior team that played so well in the past All-Ireland's, not to be overshadowed by their performance in the Thrive for five.

we may have lost to tipp this year but they deserved to win.fair play.its a shame tipp and other counties cant respect the kk team and the fact they have been the greatest team for the past decade.ye can throw all the insults you want but kilkenny are far better than that.we are always confident in our team to win but always gracious in defeat too.we partied all through the night last wkend in dublin ,celebrting the last 4 years and looking forward to next year when the cats will reign again!

@ray4342 No doubts Tipp are an amazing team but in the last 39 years Tipp have won 5 All-Irelands while Kilkenny have won 15. So don't count your chickens before they've hatched remember this Kilkenny team is the greatest Hurling team of all time even you can admit that and most of their players are still young and the more arrogant and obnoxious Tipp fans and players get by winning this one game the more the rest of Ireland will start to despise them fairly quick, believe me

@ray4342 Average teams don't get to play in All-Irelands and this Tipp team is good i agree but there's no way in hell they are going to win 3,4 or 5 in a row they might win again next year but Kilkenny, Cork and Galway are all now hoping to knock Tipp off their perch and Remember Tipp's last 3 All-Irelands were 2010, 2001, 1991- long gaps

Hard luck Kilkenny, Tipp were simply better on the day but Kilkenny were gracious in defeat unlike Tipp last year. The main reasons they lost was Pressure with the weight of History on their shoulders, huge fan expectation, lack of hunger or killer instinct, best player gone after 12 min and no competive games before final all year, but the cats still have 32 Titles 6 more than Tipp

Great musicians, but they cut their own throats with the kilkenny theme.
