First congrats Joel. What an accomplishment! I met Joel in 1981 while buying my first bow with my graduation money (I know not the most responsible choice for that money - but it worked for me) at the archery shop in Austin. He’s got this great down to earth approachable personality that has been great for Mathew’s. He was guy who convinced me to get my first Mathew’s while shooting a 3D course in Austin with him in 93 and I’ve never regretted it. I have not seen Joel in years but am thankful he sold me on Mathew’s all those years ago. Congrats and God Bless!

I’m truly a nobody in the world of archery and bow hunting, I will say I’ve always been attracted to the story. Thanks for putting together such an amazing story. I loved every minute of it. I’ve shot a Matthews since 1996 and haven’t changed brands since. I love the equipment and what the company stands for. Thanks to my Matthews I’ve enjoyed many amazing hunts in the field and will continue to as long as the Lord wills and I continue to take care of myself. Blessings y’all

What a perfect piece to put eyes to as Opening Day comes around next weekend and my bow is tuned & ready to shoot. Outstanding! I still have and shoot occasionally my MQ1! have enjoyed owning and shooting most of your models. My wife bought me the HALON6 for Christmas when it came out, still shooting and hunting with it to this date. That Phase Four is pretty sweet. Great film, great editing, and great company. Joel is a super awesome person and a great role model. I always wanted a Mathews bow since I first seen their add in the bowhunter magazine. It was for the Mathews solo cam. I finally saved up and got my first Mathews. I started on a Jennings back in the day then went to the PSE. Now it’s Mathews and that will never change. Watching this film let’s me know that I made the right choice. I’m just a whitetail hunter but hopefully that will change in the next few years cause I have so many dream hunts I want to go on. Alaska being one of them.

I have owned 2 Mathews bows now. This will be my 3rd year hunting with one. Im glad to see Joel is hard on equipment and now know why they helped me out when I had a minor mishap with my Vertix and the Mathews team stepped up and got me back in action. Bought an MQ32 the first year they came out and have never seen the need to "upgrade". It does everything I need it to do. I admit I do take a crossbow out now and then now that I'm over 60. But to date every deer taken with a bow has been with my Mathews MQ32.
