This is so true. I had a phone conversation with a good friend of mine and he inspired me to go try to collect unemployment being I had peculiar circumstances I didn't think I would qualify. Not only did I qualify, but I was owed nearly 8 week's at max rate. This was all because of our conversation. I wasn't gonna apply. This friend has done these similar thing's over the years.
