He makes u feel good and tells u that u are approved by God. You’re a masterpiece? We are all sinners. We are all no more than wretched in the eyes of God. Jesus Christ is the only one that can save us from the wrath of God. See if Joel ever talks about wrath. He focuses on one side of God. God of love. What he doesn’t talk about is the Jesus of Revelation. That is the Jesus of judgement. The wicked will be judged and thrown into the lake of fire. Read Revelation and then see if Joel ever take about any of that.

Dear pastor Joel Osteen I have struggled with my value for so long that I didn't know who I was! I was constantly trying to be validated by everyone else including my family and I would never feel like I would get it! I was so un happy bad self-esteem and I started self harm and until I found the Almighty God! Who made me unique and I am slowly learning to love myself and your sermon today is exactly what I needed to hear! I never valued myself because I didn't feel valued by others mostly my mom and dad! Being abused by family members made it worse! And my parents ignoring the abuse! My parent's were into drugs and drinking and I was young and I used their drugs and alcohol at 7 and now at 48 I found Pastor Joel Osteen and my life has turned around and the right people have been coming into my life helping me break the chains that have been holding on to me but God's grace put them on my path! I even felt like I was undeserving of Gods Love and Christ's Salvation. But I know now I am a original person who God is my adopted parent! 🙏 Thank you Pastor Joel Osteen for bringing God's holy word into the world.

Somehow, when I am in real need of a lesson on self-worth, or I am feeling defeated or alone, when I question what it is exactly that I've accomplished in my life, I find a sermon from Joel that soothes me, that gives me the answers. I am always left ready to burst into tears - that somehow that specific sermon came up when I needed it. I haven't believed in anything in a very long time. I lead a good life and I am kind to all, but I left my faith a long time ago. I tried going back to church, I was baptized catholic, but while I enjoyed being there I wasn't feeling the message. The church is still embedded in every word in the bible and doesn't bring it home. The reading of the eulogy is just that, a reading and no depth of emotion. I don't relate to their words. I came across Joel Osteen when I googled about how to find hope again. And I did find hope again. I listen often and try to live the words that he advises. One day, I will go by his church and go inside and be welcomed. I am truly most grateful.

Pastor Joel's sermons are like God talking to me on the right times and God's word through Pastor Joel literally saved me when I was in my darkest times. I still have struggle with a toxic parent and other family members who always tries to devalue and undermine me. but God is with me and he is showing favor for me in front of their eyes. However, finally God revealed to me after 40+ years that all the questionable behaviors of my mother falls under narcissism. I finally came to the point that I can not stand it any more and right at this point while I am also unintentionally following the path to exit the relationship, God confirmed to me it is the right decision. Although it is hard, I am trying to comfort myself with God's word and this sermon as always is the right one for me. I have to shake off the dust and move on to get myself back. I believe God will help me. Grateful for Pastor Joel and his family for their service. May God bless him, the family and all❤️🙏❤️

Story of my whole life: I gave up everything because once I reached or decided on my own goals if there was someone who disapproved, I gave it all up. You only need God’s approval. Had I known, I’d take my whole life back from start to finish. The beauty of this sermon and my favorite of all of his is that he shows that he has absolutely no class prejudice whatsoever. He would recognize that homeless people don’t need to prove their value, they already have it. If only we all realized that we’d turn the world upside down. Sadly the world gets taken control of by those who think their position IS their value! I think Joel knows the difference, which is why is absolutely ironic and ridiculous when I hear people call him a prosperity gospel preacher. He gets it! He gives God the glory for absolutely everything and encourages everyone to depend on God. His sermons should be heard by everyone who has been destroyed by others. I am SO glad I discovered his sermons. They have been an answer to prayer. For half my life I believed the lie that he was a false prophet, until one day I heard one of his sermons and it was totally obvious everything he said was based on the Word of God and it was the Word of God that was behind everything he said. It is amazing! People say he doesn’t speak about sin, but the Bible says ‘whatever is true, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, of good report, think on these things.’ His sermons are the pure application of the gospel.

I have always struggled with self worth, depression, anxiety and so many other things and I have always been told leave your problems to the lord. I always shrugged it off and would say sure but never actually tried to look for help from a the lord. Finally my friend from the 3rd grade told me listen to Joel osteen he’s very uplifting I think it will help and let me tell u since then I listen to him while I’m working, in the car, doing chores, while I’m taking care of my son etc I look forward to picking up my phone now to watch his videos. I have looked for therapy so many time and for one reason or another I’m always turned away..I’m glad to say this is helping me much more and I don’t think I need to look for a therapist again I just pray and let things be because I know the lord will allow all that should happen in my life happen.

Joel is a power house! Im a believer of Christ but you don't need to be religious to see that these messages are SOUND! Positive talk never hurt any1 that I know of.. Just open your mind and listen. the whole part about parent's influence on our lives had me in tears. I have the same story except opposite genders. It is so extremely difficult to think positive about myself, but listening to Joel these past few weeks has made me so much more aware of my inner voice. And his words are those of healing.
