Grimmel's not the last of the dragon killers out there, and given the chance, one with an equal amount of power or possibly even more could rise up and do the same thing, or possibly even worse things than Grimmel managed to. The vikings already lost their home that's been theirs for 7 generations, they didn't need to lose their dragons to someone else to show up after Grimmel. The confrontation with Grimmel and his armada made Hiccup finally come to terms with the fact that as long as humans and dragons live in the same world like that, a world where the majority of people don't believe that dragons and humans can live together in harmony, there's gonna be people out there trying to hunt them down. And until the time is right, the Hidden World is the best and absolute safest place the dragons can be, as no human can follow them there without being on dragonback. The Hidden World is a safe haven for all dragons everywhere, and if that was the only way their dragons were going to be safe from harm, the riders were willing to set them free. They made sacrifices for the wellbeing of their dragon friends. Sure, we fans don't want to see them split up, but the Hidden World really is the best place for the dragons right now, until a time comes when humans and dragons can live in harmony once again. Just the title was enough to bring back everything from the movie. It perfectly captures the nature of Hiccup’s decision, and the music just strengthens this indescribable emotion. Beautifully played. I will always love this franchise. Grew up with it through my love of dragons, and now that it’s finally over, I can hardly believe it. First off this is definitely the worst movie out of the three and secondly Hiccup is stupid, If he cares so much about the dragons why not go to the hidden world with them ?!? Hmm? I mean How can you protect them if you don’t know that they’re safe Hiccup Proved that you can get to the hidden world on a boat so the only way for him to really protect them would be to remove every trace of the dragon riding Vikings away with the dragons Because then some evil burger person could just torture Hiccup or his kids and get them to lead them to the hidden world! Just my thoughts I think it was a dumb decision
