ALL YOU CAN EAT FRIED CHICKEN? Dreams do come true! Today we are trying to beat a fried chicken house record in Utah! This famous fried chicken buffet is at Chuck a Rama Buffet, which is supposed to be Utah's number 1 Buffet and Best buffet, at least here in St George Utah, an area very close to the Las Vegas Buffet capital and in the beautiful Utah park country close to Zion national park and many others. For todays challenge we have to beat over 10 of their fried chicken pieces to beat the in house record. The buffet costs about $20 and includes all you can eat fried chicken, chuck roast, salad bar, and many other American foods and desserts including a drink in this American buffet! So, can we beat the house record? Lets tune in and find out during this ayce fried chicken, which is very different than the KFC buffet, or any other fried chicken buffet I have ever seen with their unique chicken..

Simple, he only eats like this about once a week. 6 days of low carb with moderate exercise and you really won't gain much with a cheat day no matter how much you eat. Your body can only process a couple pounds into fat storage in day, the rest passes through you. Then eat healthy and move the rest of the week and lose what little you gained. It helps that he started this type of eating when he was already healthy weight, it's easy to maintain. If you're overweight it's from daily bad eating habits, not just occasional. I've gone in both directions. I did a sumo diet/sleep cycle and got up to 500 pounds. Now I'm doing low carb high protein and losing, lost 160 pounds and plan on losing another 140. It's pretty easy to go either direction if you understand metabolism.

Problem with buffets are the mass amounts of food cooked and it's only a problem because it gets stale fast, gets cold and not as good as when they first brought it out. I love Buffets but sometimes the food isn't as good as a regular restaurant.

Joel, a lot of people don't realize that a sweet item ( usually a fruit ) is very important in a coleslaw. Chopped dried apricots, pineapples or apples are great to use. Personally I pull a Chef Jean-Pierre and add rum marinated raisins and a dash of honey to mine as well 🤣
