Joell Ortiz is extremely underrated. He's a true lyricist who's honest and he's one of the most creative rappers in the game today. He's had a buzz in NYC for years with his mixtapes and he often reps a lot of neighborhoods that have been overlooked in most rap from NY.

The reason he spoke of "the blacks kick it over there" he was low key talking about LA. Very few Latinos in hip hop, Sick Jacken, Cypress Hill, that do because LA is segregated when it comes to hip hop but i wish some would come together

I can't listen to anyone hating on a dude who just wants to rap. I'm a Joell fan because of the immense respect he has for the rhyme. His story is in the music, let him rap and let the rhymes speak. If you're hooked you can find his story in his rhymes, he dropped !llmind for that purpose
