Being in a group before, the need for money is always present and it will make the artists in the group move different. Some are content, some have desperate needs, some are already set financially. Royce is Eminems baby, he like the group he like the money but he straight and willing to work if checklist is proper but not cause homies are hungry, trying to create more good work, or straight out of a label and ready to do something. How long Royce wanted them to wait? When did Royce or Joe after leaving label put something together? So why they crying hating on Crook, cause they the too pretty bitches in the group and they not moving if not treated like some shit. Crook is a nigga trying to get work in and yes Royce and Joe are two bougie ass bitches with excuses on friendship and business but nothing about the quality of work or competition. Joe hating on Joel, and Royce choking on fish spine because he loyal but a sucker for childish respect when his man's goes out to do the work, says yo I'm doing and all be like get it going we down if it's good, then nahh if you got that dolo what can we do together W asnt the option it was nah that's not good for us 2 so you 2 whatever with your hungers. Like your hungers is corny we rather have some other theme someday...gtfoh. if it were drill shit Joe and Royce need to get popped for their bitchassness towards rap business. Idc what excuse is, the stringer brothers supposed to keep the squad up, like Em did for them rather then shit on all becaus3 Joe talk out his feelings always. Joel is realer dude then Royce and Joe for the streets, you not hungry Royce you ain't trying to prove nothing like before with Em, you even thinking straight on some crying before fighting shit when the group isn't a priority to you. So in a nutshell, the Shady deal business was bad and Joe left because of it. Everything stalls until Royce gets the IP back from Shady. Crook and Joell bring a deal to the table that appears wasn't in the best interest for the group especially considering Slaughterhouse can entertain deals from anyone with their complete ownership. Joe doesn't want to do that deal, Crook and Joell get fed up waiting and put out their project which further splinters the chances of reunification. I think 10 years is enough time to get fed up. I stopped caring for Slaughterhouse as a group after the first album dropped...I felt fake energy from them wayyy back. Fake; meaning it felt like they were packaged. If I felt that way and went my own way long ago then why can't 2 members of a 4 man group chose to burn their flags and drop their mics in response to a stagnant 10 year gap then I'm fine with it. Crooked and Joell have like a hundred projects in their portfolio; since the late 90s/year 2000...I can't find one other time that anyone could accuse those 2 of doing anything for clout as they have been accused. They didn't accuse Royce and Joe of anything but taking too long and possibly not wanting to drop a new album...possibly. Once again; the fact that they haven't recorded together in more then a decade means alot to me...it tells me they dont fuck with eachother so why wouldn't it mean that and more to the 2 rappers who make up the 4 man group. I'd figure that it means more to them, feel me. I don't have any loyalty or faith in a homy that has avoided me for 10 years even though we have unfinished business. It's not like you wouldn't buy a Slaughterhouse album if Royce put Grafh, Benny da Butcher and Cyhi or Locksmith in a group with or without the logo and I'd support it 100% so what was so damaging by dropping the Rise and Fall album? I say yes, it damaged an already fragile relationship but so did Joe Budden going at Slim years back... that hurt the group with the label...they been.had problems.

Times were sorta different though. Budden did love and hip hop during early Slaughterhouse. Royce was pretty much an underground lyricist until Lighters. Crook had gotten the xxl cover and was making noise with hip hop weekly. Ortiz was that the dude that used to be with Dre. All 4 were dope lyricists but pretty much lackluster solo careers. The Shady cyphers helped. Over a decade later they seem to be finished as a 4 man group. What made them hot is gone. People mature and change as they get older. What Royce doesn't get is; If it's a democracy with 4 members, and 2 members vote one way and 1 member votes against, all the power of decision making falls squarely on HIM. I can relate to the end. When "family" actively moves against your best interest, it's hard to call them family. It's hard to say there is beef. It just is what it is you gonna use your position like that and not acknowledge it? You can't have that position anymore....and it's no hatred about it. Why I don't fuck with my family....if they owned it? It would be all love and forgiveness. They not self righteously justifying that shit again though.....nope

I’m still tryin to figure out how what Crook and Joell did was more of a betrayal than what Joe did. What happened with Crook and Joell was/is easily fixable. What Joe did was prevent the entire group from being able to put out another project on Shady. Now that they went through the hassle and money of getting off the label they can do whatever they want… but they are the only ones standing in their own way
@TheBadnewz562 жыл бұрын
U cant make a nigga rap
@TheExcelllence2 жыл бұрын
Joe has said on record that he was willing to rap again if the business was right, the business being wrong on Shady is why everything fell apart so there wasn't going to be another project on Shady anyway. They somehow get the IP back from Shady and Joell and Crook release music that damages the brand because Joe didn't want to rap because again the business wasn't right with this new deal. If Joe was in the way because of business Joell and Crook made it worse with the project they released. It's still fixable with time but will it even be worth it by then.
@akaspon12 жыл бұрын
@@TheExcelllence That is not true. Joe said he would not rap on Shady, but when they got off Shady he would not rap. They were supposed to meet up to discuss rapping again and Joe did not show up. Royce and Crook recorded music independently at Heaven studios that Royce previewed which was an attempt to get Joe to rap. Lastly Joe did not want to do the deal with Crook but per Crook wouldn’t say what he did not like about the deal. None of those actions look like a guy willing to rap and hasn’t rapped in over a decade. So I am not sure why you keep falling for that narrative.

@@vontreherumaiBH They acquired the rights to the brand and the music and got off the label in 2021. How long were they all supposed to wait? Before that it had been over a decade. Come on man, Joe wasn’t and is never going to be a rapper again. Let’s have this conversation again 5 years from now
