Martha is great to see your messages, this is a wonderful question today. Maybe I should just make an entire video on this… But I can also answer you here :-) I’ll pick 3 dishes for you! I think the marinated clay baked chicken (Tandoori Chicken) you see in this video is a great one - it’s straightforward, wonderfully spiced but not peppery hot. Squeeze lime juice on it before you take a bite. Another dish you could find at your local Indian restaurant that is always a winner I think would be Palak Paneer which is slow cooked spinach with home-made curds (or Palak Gobi, spinach with potato, or Palak Channa, with chickpeas). Finally, for some more spices, any dish that has “Masala” in the name, this is the classic India flavor mix, you can have a dry dish, or one that has coconut milk which would make it like a creamy curry. Gosh Masala is a fave of mine, but you can have Eggplant, or a popular one is Channa Masala (chickpeas fried with Masala spice mix). Have all of these with a wheat Roti, or a white flour Nan, AND white rice (but it has to be long-grain, called Basmati, very different than Thai rice) and finally don’t miss a milky tea somewhere on the way, just like the one you see in this video!

I just had an out of country restaurant experience too, I went to the Oaxaca restaurant in Selma. None of the staff or patrons spoke English. The Oaxaca dishes all had names that I've never seen in a Mexican restaurant before. I had two different Clayuda that I took home in pizza boxes. Very yum. Visiting a foreign country in your own home town is fun.

Block me8! Hey, great question, always important. Well, its an easy answer, although not easy to follow or do - but here you go! A persons shape is defined by their 1-Genes, 2-Lifestyle, and 3-Diet. My secrets arent secret at all, I just might be a little bit different than the average person in terms of metabolism (because its just in my genes). But yes, I exercise about 3 hours a day, cycling, and I also eat very healthy when Im at home (and I eat a LOT every day), so therefore my lifestyle is also geared towards eating a lot and burning a lot, constantly.
