Thanks very very much for sharing your life with us all. I’m an Aussie, living in the Netherlands, you’ve really inspired me to get into spearing, think I’ll visit England one of these days, had no idea coastal England was so amazing beneath the surface. Please keep making this wonderfully calm and enjoyable videos

Cor you landed on some fish bud. Baited feathers are great just mini bits of Mac belly deadly for all fish even bass. I got a 4.5 lb using same method. Not forgotten my offer got lots on Next month or so. Boat was looking nice. There’s something calming about lone boating especially if the area is overcrowded with visitors 😁👍👍👍

Amazing video man! Been watching your videos for over a year. Keep it up! Irish spearfishermen here, Absolutely love this sport and think it's by far the most sustainable way of fishing. I love adventures like this with my spearfishing buddies and exploring new drops all the time and finding species you never see or catch etc.. I lost a 5kg bass one evening before sunset and continued on down the coast afterwards to try catch something else. After giving up and swimming back 20 mins later i managed to find the bass floating on the surface and got it back to cook that night.

Awesome Joe, I love these little adventures you are doing. I'm very jealous how you can just say "oh off to a mark to get some bass now we have our pollock and lobster" We arent lucky enough to have that wide choice of fish (in fact there is hardly any fish on our coastline here) but do have some creacking lobster so its not all bad 🙂

Hello Joe. Not sure if you can help. I'm having trouble equalising my left ear. It takes so long to equalise and when it finally does, it'll squeak rather than pop. It takes a fair amount of force to get it done as well. I have only been able to reach 3 meters. My frenzel is very weak underwater and wouldnt equalise at all, so I switched to valsalva, but like I said the left ear is a nuisance. Any advice from anyone would be helpful!

Occasional fish losses are inevitable, but your persistent attempts to relocate it were admirable. Hard luck with that one. (At least the freezer will be stocked for future home cook-ups). Adventure videos are best & epitomise the joy of spearfishing in my view. Stunning filming/editing with those short intro clips really setting the scene👌
