Hi joe, right now in my server iam gearing a edge and its already preetty average but still not full +12 and not nuema portal cards combo. Since most of people from my server are at this level i still dont do to much damage and take to much damage. Do you think at the new skill reformulation that is going to happen this year at PW China edge could become better ? It fells such a useless class without ult , halo or teleport. Its supposed to be a damage dealer class however it does less damage than a sin or seeker and even a barb, with much less utility since it just have 2 skills with stuns, wich are very short. Maybe they could improve his 9 hits skils to be able to use glyphs ? This skil together with halo is by far the strongest skill in his kit and it doenst make any sense it to have 90 sec cooldown and use 1 spark while sins and seekers have skils able to do same damage or higher with much less cooldown. In general the class feels that there are almost no skils and the ones that you have have unecessary large cooldowns. What do you think ? I am thinking about stopping with the class and change to another but i have hope that one day it could become good as duskblade for example, when they arrived they werent all that good tbh, however edge feells much more useless in almost any scenario, maybe also be able to change the element of the halo according to the weapon buff being used.

Edge is indeed very limited but in some aspect, if you are geared enough, no other class can jump into a group of people, kill a bunch, even with just halo and without ulti and then go straight into some more def skills and get out of there without anyone having even the slightest chance of stopping you. Thats something no other class can do. Even barbs die due to damage if its too many people, even through invoke. Aside that, without all those skills ofc they are basically useless, just as any melee-range class is for the most part (cept dbs and sins due to teleport gallore). Its a great class but also requires quite a bit of gear but to be fair, any class does.

@@JoePWI Yeah i see, i made a video doing that where i just 3 spark + ult + halo with yellow glyph + genie phydebuff. People just melted, my toon is far from endgame and most of these people are taking 10k + from it. Probably at endgame i could almost oneshot then with this, if you have halo at least it can wipe groups much easily due to bypass the reduction with negativo damage, people just dont expect that. However they could make the class less reliable for halo by making new skils that help survivability by also providing some sort of combo like seekers or barbs with the paralyze hammer. Lets see how things turn out in the new china updates, right now edge doenst have a strong spot in PvP like sins and seekers for DD wich is his focus. Even if halo can melt people, if they are not braindead they just use imune in the spot. And after that you possibility of damage decreases a lot, thing that doenst happen in any way with sins or seekers.

@@FarofaComMolho Well yes, Seeker are insanely powerful, same goes for sins but they also require alot of gear. Edge shines the most in combo with other classes. A veno ulti + SB vortex + Ulti and anything without immunity is dead of you jump in on that as an edge. Demon selfbuff for 15 att lv, trip spark, ulti into halo and anything dies. Debuffs + purge + maybe a tangling mire..that will result in at least all the AA and LA instadying from halo, if your gear is up there they prolly end up dying in 1 tick and all the HA will be melted by the 180% magic debuffs from buff ultis combined on top of halo. If you add a BM to disarm/stun + HF...damn, 100% anything dies. Edge is foremost an AOE-DD that really shines with coordination and is also very powerful in 1v1 due to having massive pdef debuff combos and the ability to use firecombo, which is insane. Anything in between tho...well, it is kinda lame, I agree. On smaller scale PvP..one ulti and Shattering scream are off..you are basically useless 🤣 but ya. Edges can change the tide of any mass pvp...cause imagine you have multiple edges and venos/sbs/Bms and they do above mentioned combo multiple times in a row...lmao...you can immune the first time. The 2nd row will 100% kill anything in range. Its weird that you mostly dont see this tho.

@@JoePWI Well at my server guild the rival guild is far stronger with basically any class in the game with the exception of edge wich mine is the strongest atm, but still far from a good toon. So when i go all in to do AOE i mostly dont have any support from anyone almost since their g17 up3 set 99% cast mage is basically one shotting our entire strike team and the sins are one shotting our clerics. Our server also doesnt have the new update where edge got buffed a bunch so thats a thing also. At their release, his AOE spam skill is at a 1,5 cast time wich is dogshit. Maybe like you said, with a proper AOE combo team well geared with at least 3 Edge things might get more interesting. Also a question that i am having, most of our endgame toons at the server have 3700 + spirit, do you think 3200 is a safe spot ? I heard that the % of the curve above 3k is very high and its not worth getting more. I say this because i have spirit on my neck and belt, wich would leave me at 3400 with nuema portal, if it isnt worth, maybe changing to +2 atq lvl stones would be better ?
