But in regular JRE I would say, Graham Hancock is in the top 3 aswell. Robert Schoch, Matthew Walker, Rhonda Patrick, John Anthony West, Paul Stamets, Rupert Sheldrake, Hamilton Morris, Chris Hadfield, Neil Degrasse Tyson, John Wayne Parr, GSP, Duncan Trussell, Aubrey Marcus, they are all up there. I agree, but I feel it has to do with the fact that a lot of the trainers are just a more advanced version of the fighters since they are usually very good/smart fighters who moved on to coach and they are better at articulating what they think about the sport and the training involved.

Anthony Cognome I beat people bigger and stronger with just jiu jitsu and wrestling all the time, I agree striking is very important but you are completely wrong about jiu jitsu... it has been proven thousands of times that it works (I have personal experience as well), look up the Gracie challenges or just come to the gym and try to survive a 130lb brown belt 😂 the Definition of a blue belt is someone who can defeat a larger/stronger person who is untrained. And I’ve never seen someone come off the streets and survive a round with a brown, or purple belt lmao

Cost of living is incredible near Tristar especially considering the amount of commerce you have all the food you can imagine you have access to the metro system and you can quickly drive to usa|new York. The amount of diversity is insane, it's definitely different than the rest of canada. You're going to learn French lol

The best thing about Firas and something I think alot of people should take away from his podcasts is that even though he is wise and smart, he never is egotistical about it. He is always willing to listen and gain knowledge from others and is never acting like a know it all.
