Anthony Cognome I beat people bigger and stronger with just jiu jitsu and wrestling all the time, I agree striking is very important but you are completely wrong about jiu jitsu... it has been proven thousands of times that it works (I have personal experience as well), look up the Gracie challenges or just come to the gym and try to survive a 130lb brown belt 😂 the Definition of a blue belt is someone who can defeat a larger/stronger person who is untrained.
