The reason mechina doesn't make music videos is because the intensity would blind us and they would get sued "for being too epic".
@tobiashagstrom41688 жыл бұрын
I agree that these songs would hypothetically lend themselves well for being accompanied by footage, as they're already used to tell a story. But sadly the main problem is of course that even if someone thought it would be profitable to make a music video for this relatively obscure band, there is no way they could justify giving it the budget it'd need to do the story being told justice, you couldn't show massive planetary invasion, and gigantic war machines battling each other without some insane CGI budget. Many stories in fiction are like that, while they may be epic, they're basically "too big", to become actual movies, because they involve to many big events and characters that can't be condensed into a short and comprehensive enough stories with satisfying conclusions.
@AksenowtCc3 жыл бұрын
@@tobiashagstrom4168 unforunately, you're right... a huge budget would be needed for cgi, and the direction would need complete assistance by Joe, since no one knows any detail of the story except for everything Joe told us - which still leaves a lot of obscure and unexplained spots in the plot

I disagree with ArtFenixAsordis. In my opinion, Xenon is just as good as its predecessors, and I think this song is one of your best overall. The things I enjoy most about Mechina songs (and the things that made Mechina one of my top favorite bands) are the elements that make their songs unique from standard metal songs. Using this song as an example: the diverse instrumental (mixing metal, orchestra, and electronic), robotic talking (such as in the beginning), radio communication bits, prominent clean vocals (not uncommon but even so), and magnificent lyrics (as always). This song had already become a favorite from just those elements, but the unexpected female singing near the end elevated it to being one of my top favorites. Mechina has used female vocals before (which I greatly enjoyed), but I don't recall it ever being in the form of flat-out English singing. It was excellent, and I'd definitely like to hear more of it in the future done in a similar manner.

It would make sense though. It forces people to listen on KZbin instead, unless they actually buy the artists music (which every fan should do anyway). KZbin at least gives the artist the opportunity to get add revenue - not just the measly leftovers that Spotify offer the artists in exchange for their art. Spotify is such a joke. Sure... it's convenient, but it shits on the artists.

***** DeeM10123 Ok serious? Destiny is an ok game the only complaint that alot of people have is that it is too repetitive at times and the mission spaces are reused. I personally think its a good game, not the best, but its still one of the only MMOs that I have played and actually wanted to keep playing. Be happy that another soul knows about this band, they need all the recognition they deserve. stop turning the comments section into a shitfest to see who has the biggest E-peen. Consoles have their advantages and disadvantages, so do PCs. None are really better than the other. Leave it at that and just listen to the prelude to ARCHERON.

@patientpatriot36217 жыл бұрын
A Record label would only cheapen the experience with compromise.. these people put their hearts into this. and I think joe and dave have their own studio named Apothica Studios (i think but not entirely sure).. not to mention the artists under most labels get screwed into producing something that wasnt even in their original vision something a little more this and a little less that... in case you havent noticed the absolutely insanely obsessive attention to detail and reluctance to compromise when it comes to the sound renderings (ex.)(Adrasteia) within huuuuuge cavities of specified shapes and wall materials where the sound can be heard as it travels through for virtual miles and miles.. changing pitch with the changing cross sectional shape inside the cavity.. to the end and echos back (maybe I heard it wrong idk).. not many people out there are doing what these guys are doing.. no need for a mainstream shitlabel.
