Such simple lyrics but so fundamental and hits hard in the feels. What really spoke to me was the part “you were meant to be the way you are exactly”. Feels like the song is speaking to my younger self and reassuring me that I turned up the way exactly I am meant to be in this world. ❤ Hope the people listening and watching this video know that you are meant to be in this world exactly as you are. Even though I’m a 1998 baby, NKOTB is one of my favorite bands to date. I was so happy when my mom took me to one of their concerts, because I just watched one of the best bands of all time perform. I’m proud to say that I am a Joey girl, and forever will be. He is so incredibly talented, and his love and passion is intensified when he sings. Not only that but, he’s very handsome as well. Its horrible waking up wishing you were someone else every day. I do it all the time and this song pulls me through it. There's nothing wrong with who you are as a person. If they don't like you for who you are then they are nothing but a passerby in your life. You were made the way you are for a reason, you never need to change.
