Love that you guys are helping the SPCA ... I'm taking care of 3 stray cats in South Philly for 5 years now that live on my work lot on 20th Oregon and I got 53 kittens and cats off the streets ,, how I know it's 53 bc every cat or kitten that was getting a home or a spot in a rescue I took a pic of and it's 53 pics ,, well ever since I started helping strays and feeding,them my,whole phone became pics of stray kittens and cats .. But it's tough getting cats and kittens in a rescue every place is full two capacity so you need luck to get a stray into a rescue and the cat needs to be friendly .. This made my night hearing that you guys will be helping SPCA ... Joey knows my dad they hit a few clubs together and did a lot of gambling together... His nickname is,bubbles that's how Joey will remember him and believe he will remember him bc they also made a lot of money together

My neighbor and I trap cats and get them fixed. We’ve also found homes for two separate litters of cats that were born in our backyards. It’s crazy how most people don’t care about stray cats but if they were dogs they would be rounded up and adopted out without a second thought. Cats are not native to North America and do not have the native adaptations to survive normally in these climates.

Push ups n dips and I would do one leg squats . I went into county 190 lbs n mind you I’m 6’4” and just did push ups dips n one legged squats after 6 months they sent me to state and I was 260 lbs with 20 plus inch arms.
