Yep! This has happened to me. I used to cosplay as L from Death note when I was 16.(I'm 21 now and L was my first cosplay, plus it was the easiest to start cosplaying with.) and I met this girl over on my first dA account and would always try to start smutty roleplay's between L and Light and constantly message me. She would always check if I was online or not and if I wasn't, she would scold at me for not being on. I would deny to do any of these roleplay's with her. Why? Because she was only 13! She was seriously obsessed with me cosplaying L. I eventually blocked her and moved to a new account I'm on now just in case she made a new account to get intact with my old account.

Here's kind of a long story, maybe you'll like it! I used to cosplay France from Hetalia, so when I moved to a new area I really wanted to get right back into the con scene and meet other Hetalia fan's. This was maybe 2-3 years ago so it's been a long while and I'm no longer active in the fandom anymore. I was 19 at the time, I think. She was clearly no older than 12 years old. She wasn't cosplaying but she had a very nice outfit on and so I complimented her and she very enthusiastically asked for my picture. Afterwards she asked me if I could give her a hand-kiss like I was doing to some of the other girls, and I obliged because it's an innocent gesture + she was wearing gloves. Afterwards, she stayed with me in the badge line for the rest of the time and just... talked. Talked about how she wanted to marry me, talked about her fantasy world that sounded like a really terrible crossover fanfic like it was real life, talked about her 'top 5 boyfriends' and how she would 'leave them all to marry me'. She then began talking about how she really wanted me to 'deflower' her and I became extremely worried for her safety. She was incredibly young, immature, and her saying that to someone willing to take advantage of her would be REALLY bad. I told her to NOT talk about sex to anyone else and that she needs to be wary because you can't trust strangers. She started calling me 'Papa France' and clinging to me, refusing to let go even when the line ended and my friend's came to collect me. I kept telling her I needed to go with my friends and she started shouting at me, asking if I was 'Elizabeth the Golden' (I'm told it's from an anime but i had no idea what she was talking about). My frend had to literally pry her off of me /screaming/. I felt really bad because she was so young, I didn't want to be rude to her or ruin her con experience. I thought that was the end of it, but later that night I decided to take my friend to the ball. She was dressed as a formal Hatsune Miku and I was going as France again. We had found a nice Hetalia group to hang out with, so we were talking with them outside of the dance hall. She comes up to me, my at-the-time girlfriend dressed as England was there but off to the side. The girl starts cuddling up against me and I tried to explain to her that my girlfriend was just over yonder. I thought she'd take this as a hint to get off, but no. Instead, she starts hugging me harder and saying how 'England is a bastard' and just being really obnoxious. I told her that wasn't polite but at this point she wasn't listening to me and wouldn't get off even when I was gently trying to unclench her arms. My friend who is Miku sees that I'm struggling, knowing I'm really too nice to tell her to back off. She tells me the dance is starting, we need to go, and that I'm her date. The girl FINALLY lets go, looking offended, and looks her over and tells me shes 'A lucky woman to have me'. Before I could even correct her to say she wasn't my girlfriend, the girl runs off looking forlorn and I never saw her again. I really, really hope she didn't get herself into anymore trouble.

I don't cosplay much but I tried to turn my tumblr into an RP blog.....stupidest fucking thing I ever did, I use the icon I have now for most of my accounts on various social media and apparently there are lots of people with Neko fetishes. I was chatting with a dude and at first it was fun because he was awkward and we shared the same passion for morbid and fucked up conversations, till he started getting more and more pervy and creepy with the RP thing like I'm talking sex scenes and bondage shit with my character. I was extremely freaked out, I may like yaoi and reading some fucked up shit but I draw the line where it involves a character that I am playing and I'm expected to respond to said torture scenes. And then he asked me where I lived. being my stupid ass I said well Chicago's big he will never find me. so I said Chicago. and he said well oh I'm from Canada so I was like aww that sucks *secretly thanking god* and then he said "Oh Chicago that's not far it's like a quick plane and I can bee there soon, plus isn't Anime Midwest coming up? I can soo be there and meet up with you!!" I was like NOPEE~ unfollow, block, and throw my computer in acid, I swore I would never do an RP thing ever again and to this day I never will....there is a dark side to RP BEWARE THE RP's!!!!

Yup. xD Two friends of mine and I were walking around a carnival. We met up with this girl and her first question was: "What are your sexual orientations?" I said mine was pansexual. She said, "Cool. I'm bi." I thought nothing of it. While walking, she tried to hold my hand. Thinking nothing of it, I did so, too. We had a good time. We all sat down at a table and there were no seats left. So, she just said, "You can sit on my lap." I was a little weirded out, but I did anyway. She then texted me a couple seconds later (we exchanged numbers earlier), texting, "I like you a lot." I didn't know what the heck to say, so I didn't reply, (even though I was RIGHT in her lap!) and (sadly, because I'm such a shy person, especially when it involves anything about relationships) I sort of ignored her and talked with my friends. She kept holding my hand, patting my legs, rubbing my shoulders, rubbing my arms, and laid her head on my shoulder. I was SO done, but I couldn't find the strength to tell her to stop, 'cause I'd felt bad. Everyone was going home and she asked if she could spend the night at my friends' house, since that was where her and I were going. Not wanting to be rude, she agreed. When we got there, I begged her not to leave me alone with her. Just one minute out of the room, she hugged me to her around my waist, laying her head on my shoulder (it was too much). When my friend got up stairs she asked for me to come down to her room with her. I was so relieved and said I hated her (jokingly and nervously) for leaving me with the girl. When we went to bed, the girl joked (but I knew she was serious) that "Hey, me and (my name) should sleep in the same bed together". I thought it was rude in the first place, since it was my friend's bed. I slept in the same bed as my friend, me against the wall AWAY from the girl. In the morning, just her touching my feet to wake me up and whispering my name just royally pissed me off that she didn't get even the smallest hints that I didn't like her back. But my friend faked having a stomachache. She 'dragged' herself off the bed and drove us home. She drove the girl home first. I got out, happy, but masked with a 'sad' expression. I hugged her. As I went to hug her, she was moving her head close to mine and I was like "Shit! She was going for my MOUTH! Not my cheek. My MOUTH." I quickly turned my head and she pecked my check. We waved good-bye. Driving a bit past, my friend looked at me and said, "Lets go to the carnival." I needed some cheering up. xD But when we were there, SHE was there, too. We kept avoiding her and running away. After a couple of days, she texted me. I kept ignoring her texts. She then texted if I liked her. I texted her awkwardly that I didn't and that I'm sorry. I didn't know how to tell her. We never really spoke after that, but I was fine. It was just SO freaking creepy, being touched out of no where and her making a move such a kissing my mouth when we barely knew each other. I kind of blame myself, because I'm friendly-flirty with my friends and I think it was partially my fault... (P.S. If you read all of this this stuff, you earn a cookie xD)

Ha, I remember those popcorn buckets! My sister and I used to collect different flavours and cover them with paper mache and make huge towers, blah-blah-blah. Short story short, we didn't have enough room in our house anymore. But I've definitely been in the same position as you; oh, gosh, what an experience. Bad, of course. He looked like your typical every-day creeper that you'd see in a van sitting on the corner of a side street around where you live. Anyway, you're pretty funny. Didn't have the exact same experience but I was at a convention dressed as Sailor Moon and this guy comes up to me and starts asking me questions about how I made my costume which is fine I don't mind that. Interesting story, well I've had that happen when I was getting popular on the youtube, ended up getting some people who messaged me like crazy or every 5 secs on IM, Myspace and happened on FB a few times, even though I'll admit I try and keep an open mind, but when a few started asking Ridiculous questions and got too personal, then with out a word I just blocked them and ignored them, also was relieved this was before I started attending conventions, so glad I didn't see them in person. Well never underestimate the block tool.

I had a stalker for about 2 1/2 years at my university. She would follow me around from class to class, she found out where my office was for my student job, she would stand around and stare at me, she would wait for me outside my classes and then would pretend she just happened to be around when I'd come out and see her sitting there. She even talked to my supervisor and tried to get a job in my office, AND she never once talked to me, not even when she talked to my supervisor about the job and even my supervisor knew she was my stalker. She just stared and followed. Until I dressed up as Link for this nerd convention that we put on, campus wide. Then she realized, "Oh hey, he's a nerd! I think I have a chance!" and then she was trailing me through crowds and desperately trying to get my attention. All the while, I was pretending not to notice, I didn't want to deal with her anymore. It only got worse after I was Link... In the end, if you're a stalker, don't think that just because your target does't /seem/ to notice you, that doesn't mean that they don't /actually/ notice you. It's not like, "green light" until someone has to tell you to get the hell away from them.

Omf so I was cosplaying as Hatsune Miku and me and my friend were on omegle just to annoy the shit out of some people. So my friend went to make herself something to eat and I was in my room. So when I went on, there was a Kagamine Len cosplayer and he was like " hey miku~" and I was like " hi len." So I decided to stay in character. I remember when I was younger, around 17, I went on a vacation to a small town near where I live with friends. And the fucking creepy thing was I had no idea who anyone was, but this one girl and some of her friends came up to me asking if I was who I was. And I said "yeah", so anyway, they were all fascinated with emo people and people who look emo, they were all fan girling around me and I was scared shitless because apparently they had videos and pictures of me from online. I've got this stalker, not because I wore a certain cosplay, but just for being me. I introduced myself to him at the beginning of the school year like a good classmate and ever since then he follows me everywhere. He tries to be partners with me on every project, sits at my table at lunch, and joined all the after school activities I'm in. I made my own crappy assassins creed cosplay last year and was flippity proud of it. All of the assassins with their legit store bought cosplays were totally jelly and staring at me. I just thought 'Well, well, well... Looks like I put the ass in assassin with my epic cossie, huehuehue ^.^' I came out later and my friend who arrived was like 'Dude! I never had a stalker at a con, but I've had a creep before. At my second convention I've ever been to(which was in Houston) my friend an I were waiting for the rave to start and so we were sitting on the floor in our rave clothes and this dude comes up and sits right I front of us. He then starts to hit on us and asks if we wanted to go to his hotel room for "fun". My friend kept saying no and I was too shocked that he asked that. He then followed us in the rave and pulled me aside and tried to dance with me. My friend rescued me thankfully...now I make sure I have a buddy at conventions bc there can be some creeps at them.

OMG Yes!! I done a tails from sonic games cosplay earlyer this year. I had this one girl come up to m gave me a hug and i thought nothing of it. But then she was like 'can i rubb your fur' (this was going from my chest down to my belly) i was like o.O umm okay i pulled the bottom of my shirt away from my body so she can rub it. After that i thought everything would be fine, but every time i saw her at the con she would yell out to me and walk up to me. And later that night me and my friends was about to go to a party and she tried to follow XD we literally ran away and she tried to keep up but then just couldnt. No wait... I've had afew people at NY comiccon 2012, who were after me as a foxgirl... Kinda don't know how to handle pervy people... I try to befriend as many people as possible. Also, I did hear a story, while I was in Zenkaikon. There was a Deadpool cosplayer who was there with his Harley Quinn cosplayer girlfriend. She decided to wear a thong under a skirt, which is pretty revealing. So then some Spiderman cosplayer decided to grab her butt. Her boyfriend got into a fistfight with him, which led them all to get kicked out of the con.

Enjoy the Homestuck comic, Joey. Not the fan art, fanfics, or even fandom. I've read quite a bit of the comic and liked it. But for cosplaying wise... From my own experiences, I'm only 1 year older than you. But out of curiosity I attended two Homestuck meet ups and gatherings, and I doubt the vast majority were even over 18. Those over 25, even more rare. It's a very young fandom. I once had plans to cosplay Gamzee from Homestuck. But after attending two Homestuck meet ups in major cities and seeing only high schoolers or younger, I was like, yeah... Maybe not. Not at my age.
