SPOILER: We just went to fully test the Xbox One S on stream and unfortunately it's now not working, and is back to beep on beep off 🙃🙃 Taking it apart we can see a bridge on two of the pads underneath the Southbridge, so I've ordered a stencil and hopefully we can get it working once it arrives!

Fixed it and was so proud of myself. Then I see strip down a PS5 and start desoldering stuff like a beast! I'm not specialist on these, but got one of these that came into gameshop I help run it would come on and immediately go off. So I changed the PSU and HDD with known working ones and it now comes on much longer, but never shows anything on screen and then goes off. the fan does exactly how it does in this, will spin slightly and it never does anything and then goes off.
