3:05 can anyone explain how Joey hit the MP after the OD Dégagé? I tried in training mode and it never works.

the opponent must be by OD Degage hit while crouching in order for MP to connect after OD degage. If the opponent is hit by OD Degage while in neutral standing MP it will ALWAYS wiff
