Well to be fair if you are fighting new players you can do 1v5 easy. When the people you are fighting don't know how to play completely yet that is. Thats what the purpose of that server is.

Ridiculous server concept tbh. Its very possible for someone brand new to be better than everyone else on the server, not the mention the fact that only playing with clueless people doesn't teach you anything.

I haven't played the game yet, but it sounds like an useful server to get to know each character's moveset. I always found it easier in fighting games to fight against other people if I remember their character's moves, and you can't learn that if you get killed too fast

New Player/Casual servers are there for people to ask questions and test out classes. The Admin was just extremely overzealous in this case, as out Protagonist may have been 'Popping off', but he wasn't going out of his way to clown on people. If anything, he was being recklessly aggressive, which is more of a newbie behavior.

I remember playing MB2 back a few years ago. I learned how to predict manual block by looking at player's movement x saber direction att pattern. After 3 MB in a row they accused me of cheating and banned me from the server. Never played this mod again. Vanilla for me is way better than this.
