I felt the same the first time I heard it, the second verse was what got me as well. I think Aespa is amazing really because they are doing something so different with their music. It's so weird that you question if you like it or not.... then discover you've been humming it all day 😅😅 they are taking risks, where as a lot of other groups are keeping it safe lol I kinda love it but I usually have to listen to something for a whole week before I can decide if I like it or not 🤣

It's not them.. it's their company who made them an experimental song and if u read the lyrics u will know how cringe the song is..their voices are what saved the song plus the transition and adlibs are just forced in their every songs to call it unique..its generic either way.

I think most casual music listeners wouldn't appreciate this song at the 1st listen. For me, it requires a good amount of musicality to go deep into the song itself. There has been a lot of things going on in the song alone.. Most people think that it's a messy sound but all of them were actually mixed pretty well.. The beat and vocals are insane plus I really like the weird transitions. The whole album is a bop by the way.. Full of insane harmonies and vocal runs plus they're not aespa music if there aren't weird but perfect transitions..

I love how pretty much any song that SM does in general, switches up, has new styles and beats in the middle of the songs. Creating songs with multiple styles and sounds in one song is kind of SM signature thing. When you keep on experimenting you get something new, that’s how music or anything evolves. aespa being one of the groups who tries to change the whole dynamics and perspective of music so people either are going to love them or hate them for bringing the change.

The amount of dislikes are not really for the music but for the artist (aespa) itself. At first I didn't care for the song but it's grown on me a bit and I'd say it's overall a good track. I don't mind the "weird" sounds but reallly wish they didn't have the spoken du-du-du-du, it just breaks my immersion. The group members all have such nice voices I wish SM gave them more trap-style beats and shifted the focus to singing/rapping longer more consistent verses/courses without so many adlibs, while keep the futuristic sounds since it gives them a unique flair from other groups that I think works so nice with their style.
