Mine sounded like a tin can out of the box. Is this connected to a monitor or an amplifier? I am connected to HS8. Should I connect to my amplifier for better sounding output?

I set all of the settings to the exact same and it sounds entirely different. What effects are you running outside of the amp sim? I have EMGs but that shouldn't make that drastic of a difference.

Guitar type and pickup type and tuning will make a huge difference.
