It's crazy when you look at the parallels between Tanjiro and Gyuutaro: Two caring big brothers who look after their little sisters and carry them on their backs. One raised with love, the other raised with hate. Both who were away when disaster struck. One who was saved by a Hashira, the other who was saved by a Demon.

Gyutaro cut the left hand of Uzui as it was his main hand, which he used 2 times to push Tanjiro out of danger. He cut it to make sure that Uzui will not be able to control his Swrod properly, even if he survives but he did control it. I love him ...fr

Inosuke's growth from the lone wolf to a squad captain mentality has been sublime. All about himself when first introduced. Realizing his faults and losing faith in his power at the end of season 1. Coming into his own and working together in the movie. And now here he leads the charge on Daki with "We can take her down TOGETHER." I love it.

Nezuko's Blood Demon Art is specifically only anti-demon. When they fought Rui, the lower 5 spider demon, he said her attack burned him and his threads but not Tanjiro when he jumped through them in episode 19. When she used it while popping off against Daki it severely burned her making her flash back to when she was burned alive as a human. She also said that it was hard to regenerate the damage it did. Here Nezuko uses it to casually burn away the demon poison in everyone without hurting them. She is definitely going to be the MVP is some upcoming fights.

Love your reactions to anime Also just gonna note Nezuko's power It was shown in season 1 and in her fight with Daki that she could ignite her blood to burn demons Also in the Season 1 fight it showed Tanjiro charging through her fire and not being affected so they kinda did show early on how her ability works

Yes that is actually deliberate on gotouge’s part (the mangaka of kny). She has said they were female counterparts to the main trio in terms of both appearance and personality, indirectly reflecting them.

Douma being born evil is kind of a misunderstanding from most ppl, he’s just apathetic and doesn’t feel any human emotion, which makes him seem evil, but in reality it’s neither. But I do think his backstory is def one of the more interesting ones out of the upper ranks, along w akaza and kokushibo.

After Gyutaro got his head cut off he didn't self-destruct. He had been about to cast his blood magic spinning scythe thing. The magic finished after his head was cut off and it was out on control - all his blood from the body was used leading to the explosion. Nezuko didn't heal anybody. She burned off some of the demon-blood poison.
