It's because he's a good voice actor like the rest. He was also well directed. Performers in general practice performing various different emotional states. You find it hard because you likely played the game before seeing this and are forgetting that before the time skip Dimitri was actually really nice. And we all know how that went... It's just him knowing his character before, what exactly changed him and how/why and what state he'd have been in during that exact moment. Good actor and good director. The fact that you feel that way proves this. There's a lot of work that was put into Three Houses, good work... Aside from the nice critical animations being over embellished, but hey, it's fantasy fiction, they have magic, etc. It's cool. :P And a good amount of those actually can be performed 8n reality. So once again, you find this hard to believe because great work went into development.

I suppose that explains why we don’t see much of Tara being Edelgard and trying to advertise the Black Eagles as much as the other two houses. As of now, she hasn’t been seen with the other VAs during special events such as Anime Impulse’s videos (Eating in Class Challenges, Bowling, etc.), yet the Black Eagles VAs seem to carry the house very well anyway. I’m not complaining about the lack of Edelgard outside the game; I’m just making an observation. Regardless, I can say that all three of the House Leaders’ VAs are amazing people in real life, and I can’t wait to see and hear more of them in the future! Especially Joe! #FearTheDeer

This game has been nothing but a revolutionary experience to me in a lot of ways. You guys and the majority of the cast have done such a phenomenal job at conveying the personality of the characters, to the point where some of these said characters and everything they stand for are defined by your voices, like Hayter with Solid Snake, Sean with Goku, Ian with Berkut and so much more. Being able to listen to all your voices throughout the whole journey, not just in English but also Japanese audio has truly shown me the thrill and charm of voice acting. In fact, I dare say this game and all of your contributions have made this endeavor an interest of mine that I hope to dive into, in the near future. So yeah, props to you and everybody else that worked on this amazing game. It is everything that I've wanted in a FE product, let alone a game and to top it off, I now have a new goal to strive towards. Keep up the amazing work!

Absolutely no regrets here. The only thing that sucks is that I want to play the other two houses, but I also don’t want to stand against Edelgard. I can tell you 100% none of the house leaders or members are actually evil, but Claude Von Riegen is the closest to a straight up good guy. That said, Black Eagles for life, #edelgang rise up

I love this! A similar thing happened with Xenoblade 2 where the English voice of Pyra and Mythra, Skye Bennett, streamed the game on twitch and created such an amazing community! But I’m going Golden Deer route, now that I’ve finished Blue Lion. I was planning to choose Golden Deer at first, but the Part 2 trailer intrigued me so much, and I figured that the Blue Lions house would fit better with my playstyle. I just enjoy observing Chris because he's said before that he's not really good on camera, and you can tell he's a little awkward. It gives me kind of a sense of, "Wow, I relate to this dude! Cool!". It's nice to see people that are involved in these huge projects that are a little bit not quite comfortable in their own skin. It makes me feel like maybe I'd have hope in voice acting if I were to take it up.
