This is fantastic footage! I’d definitely love to see the same concept but with corks as well!

Pointing out what your right hand does just really helped me understand fulls a bit more. Thank you !

Do you think it is worth to learn cart fulls from a cart btwist mindset?

personally I've learned with this method it's help a lot but I struggle to inverted my full after and there is a lack of flip in my full (it's hard for swing) I recommend to do a cart front and try to turn after the flip in the beginning, it's more safe for learning

I don't do that personally. I use backside pop kicks as the base for my full variations.

@@davidchauvet9622 Btwist mindset, does it mean cart landing 1-2 and then jumping off one leg? I'd not reccommend anyone use the later part of that method because of how inefficient that is. You can land 1-2 and then take off like a backside kick. This way you can use the torque that the cartwheel creates very efficiently and still not invert too much to make the variations big and clear.

So, for someone who is afraid of inversion, variations are actually easier to learn? More technical yes, but easier for fear?

I have problem with spotting when twisting and kicking , example tricks are backside 900 and similar other tricks when I just can't get the timing down

It's just about the reps upon reps and breaking them down.
